At Shop Essence, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return or refund, please contact us at info@shopessence01drip.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
